
Gala 2025 Day Information
Ulleskelf JFC
Ulleskelf JFC is looking forward to seeing you over the weekend of 14th & 15th June 2025.
To help you enjoy your visit to Ulleskelf we hope the following information may help the day run smoothly.
Registration:
Registration of your team and player can be completed online prior to the day using this link 'Team Registration Form'.
If you choose to use the online registration form please remember to visit the Control Tent on the morning your age group is playing between 9.00am and 9:45am to register your arrival.
If completing registration manually your completed form should be handed in when you register upon your arrival at the control tent.
Please remember your player ID cards should a check be needed.

Matches: Under 7s & 8s
Under 7s are playing on Sunday 15th June 2025 & Under 8s are playing on Saturday 14th June 2025 in a 5 a-side+5 Subs Gala (Pitches 3 and 4).
Teams will play 4 groups games and then 1 final game after which presentation medals will be given to all players.
All games duration is 10 mins (5 min each way).

Matches: Under 9s & 10s
Under 9s are playing on Sunday 15th June 2025 & Under 10s are playing on Saturday 14th June 2025 in a 7 a-side+3 Subs Gala (Pitches 1 and 2).
Teams will play 4 groups games. All teams will progress into either a plate competition or Cup Competition. All games duration is 12 mins (6 min each way).

Matches: Under 11s & 12s
Under 11s are playing on Sunday 15th June 2025 & Under 12s are playing on Saturday 14th June 2025 in a 7 a-side+3 Subs Gala (Pitches 5 and 6).
Teams will play 4 groups games. The Top 3 placed teams will progress to the Cup Competition. All games duration is 12 mins (6 min each way).

Matches: Under 13s & 14s
Under 13s are playing on Sunday 15th June 2025 & Under 14s are playing on Saturday 14th June 2025 in a 7 a-side+3 Subs Gala (Pitches 7 and 8).
Teams will play 4 groups games. The Top 3 placed teams will progress to the Cup Competition. All games duration is 12 mins (6 min each way).

Coaches Meeting:
A meeting will take place approx. 9:50am providing all teams have registered, the meeting will take place in the middle of the lowest numbered pitch for your age group.
Referees will introduce themselves and answer any questions or queries about the format or rules.
Referees and Match Balls will be provided by Ulleskelf JFC.
Kick off for the first game will be at approx. 10:00am.
First Aid cover will not be provided by Ulleskelf JFC – Should a major incident occur Ulleskelf JFC will organise an ambulance. A defibrillator is available in the Gala Admin & Control tent,

Parking:
A parking fee of £3.00 per vehicle will be charged on the day, included in this cost is the Gala Programme, and your fixture list.
Refreshments:
Refreshments will be available including, Sausage and Bacon rolls, Burgers and Sausage sandwiches, Hot and Cold drinks, Sweets and Cakes.
Please note:
No Dogs are allowed on Ulleskelf playing fields (except Guide Dogs).
No Alcohol is permitted on the playing fields.
